OUR MISSION

VETERANS PARK EXPERIENCE

The mission of Palisade Farm Fest is to bring our community together to create a locally driven event that celebrates and supports Western Colorado agriculture. Through education, collaboration, and celebration, Farm Fest raises funds for La Plaza Palisade, ensuring resources stay within our community while strengthening local farms, food systems, and nonprofit programs. By connecting farmers, local businesses, and the public, Palisade Farm Fest educates our community, honors the land we work, and celebrates the people who make our agricultural valley thrive.

Farm Fest Palisade is a celebration of Western Colorado agriculture, craft beverages, and local food—bringing farmers, producers, brewers, cider makers, and the community together for one unforgettable weekend.

The event kicks off with Friday farm tours at local Palisade farms, offering a behind-the-scenes look at how our food and drink are grown and made. On Saturday, join us at Veterans Memorial Park for a full festival experience featuring craft beer, cider, wine, local food vendors, and educational seminars focused on agriculture, sustainability, and regional food systems.

Farm Fest is more than a party—it’s a fundraiser supporting La Plaza Palisade, helping strengthen community connections and agricultural education in the Grand Valley. Come learn, taste, and celebrate the people who keep Western Colorado agriculture thriving.

Green Junction Farmstead
We love this community!  We are proud to be a part of such a wonderful place!  We are devoted to becoming practitioners of sustainable stewardship of the land and environment. We have each taken part in the Sustainable Agriculture program at Colorado Mesa University. As we continue to gain more education in regenerative growing, we engage in the learning process with the University with farm tours and an internship program designed to teach small scale regenerative vegetable production for market. We encourage celebrating the sometimes overlooked simple things in life like fresh, clean, nutritious, real food.  We are working to bring an alternate, healthier option to our food system from an ever-growing local food movement through cooperation with fellow growers and producers in the Grand Valley. Join the movement, join our farm, join a local CSA.
